Safety Technology Administrator

Location: Atlanta, Ga

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Safety Technology Administrator with a background in safety and health data analytics and strong technical expertise in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI
.

This role supports the company’s safety data systems and analytics infrastructure
, helping streamline reporting, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards such as OSHA and ISO
.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently
, manage multiple system-related projects, and deliver results within strict deadlines.

• Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites to support safety and health data management.

• Automate workflows and system integrations across Microsoft platforms using Power Automate
  .

• Develop sustainable notification and communication processes
  , including internal newsletters and system alerts.

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to analyze and visualize safety performance metrics.

• Migrate data and content to newly developed SharePoint and document management systems.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with safety, compliance, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and usability.

• Provide ongoing system administration and user support for safety technology platforms.

• Ensure compliance with corporate safety and information governance standards

• 5–10 years of experience supporting safety and health data analytics or related systems.

• Strong understanding of safety and health standards (general awareness of OSHA and ISO principles preferred).

• Proven proficiency with Share Point ,
  Power Automate
  , and Power Apps — including system development and migration experience.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently
  , manage complex projects, and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a large internal audience.

• Prior experience in developing or migrating data management systems is strongly preferred.
