Legal Tech Innovation Analyst
We are seeking a Legal Tech Innovation Analyst to join a law firm's Client & Innovation Office in Atlanta, GA. This position is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of legal processes, enjoys overcoming technological challenges, and can assist legal professionals in optimizing tools like AI, contract analysis, document automation, and litigation management software.
Responsibilities:- Aid attorneys and legal teams in implementing legal tech solutions for ongoing cases and internal operations
- Assist in defining, setting up, and launching projects using platforms like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar tools
- Develop user-friendly resources, such as quick guides, FAQs, checklists, screenshots, and workflow instructions
- Provide initial training, demonstrations, and ongoing support for designated applications
- Monitor usage, collect user feedback, document challenges, and pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with attorneys, IT, Innovation, Training, Knowledge, Research, vendors, and practice groups on tech-centered solutions
- Stay abreast of legal tech advancements, including AI, contract analysis, collaboration tools, and case management platforms
- Familiarity with law firm or legal department operations, covering attorney work, case stages, and transaction or litigation processes
- Practical background in legal tech support, system implementation, project management, or workflow enhancement
- Ability to rapidly grasp new platforms and explain tech concepts clearly to legal and non-technical users
- Knowledge of legal tech tools like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar applications
- Experience with GenAI prompts, no-code/low-code workflows, or AI-supported legal processes
- Excellent communication, customer service, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential data with tact and professionalism
- Preferably, a college degree in a related field
