Job Description

GDOT is seeking an experienced Esri ArcGIS Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise GIS applications using ArcGIS Enterprise (11.x/12.x), Experience Builder, Portal/Online, Field Maps, and ArcGIS Maps SDK. The role involves integrating GIS solutions with .NET applications, Oracle/SQL Server databases, SharePoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI and OBIEE.

• 8+ years of application development experience
• Strong experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise/Server, Portal, ArcGIS Online, and Hub
• Expertise in Experience Builder, Arcade, and ArcGIS Maps SDK for Java Script
• Python scripting / Arc Py
• SQL and PL/SQL
• ArcGIS Pro and Arc Map
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, Angular or React
• Geoprocessing and GIS web services development
• Knowledge of geospatial concepts, map projections, and spatial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Esri Developer/Enterprise Certification or URISA GISP

• Develop and maintain enterprise GIS web and mobile applications
• Build geoprocessing and GIS web services
• Upgrade and migrate existing GIS applications
• Automate ETL and data processing workflows
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
