Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Senior Service Designer to spearhead digital enrollment processes and market expansion initiatives, focusing on crafting frictionless partner onboarding experiences to reduce time to value from months to hours. This role involves adapting service blueprints for new international markets and ensuring all designs consider local regulations and cultural nuances. You will leverage AI and data analytics to optimize the enrollment funnel, collaborate on product development, and drive strategic improvements across the platform.
Job Requirements- Design and refine the digital enrollment journey to ensure a fast, seamless transition for partners across various stages.
- Lead the localization of service blueprints for new markets, considering specific regional requirements and cultural dynamics.
- Utilize AI and data analytics to address and eliminate manual bottlenecks in the enrollment process.
- Develop modular, configurable blueprints that can be easily adapted for new markets without redesigning foundational logic.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to align service design strategies with platform capabilities and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to implement AI-driven solutions within service design.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to leverage insights to drive design decisions.
- Proficiency in designing for diverse international markets, with a keen understanding of localization needs.
- Extensive experience in service design, particularly in digital enrollment and market expansion within fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
