As a member of the AWS Startups team, you will work directly with early‑stage startup customers to help them leverage AWS technology will advise on architecture, help them adopt the right AWS services, and serve as a trusted partner while learning new technologies and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Help a diverse range of startups adopt appropriate architecture throughout their lifecycle.
- Support startups in designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
- Guide adoption of a broad range of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate growth.
- Advise on the evolution of the AWS platform and collect customer feedback for engineering teams.
- Establish and build technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and VC firms.
- Develop startup‑specific technical content such as blog posts, sample code, and reference solutions.
- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in application and infrastructure environments.
- 4+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
- Experience in software development or Internet‑related industries.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Experience with AWS technologies from a Dev Ops perspective.
- Direct experience in customer implementations.
The base salary for this position ranges from $ to $ USD annually. Compensation also includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and a comprehensive benefits package that covers health, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
