Senior Figma UX Designer
We are seeking a Senior Figma UX Designer with extensive experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications. This individual will play a key role in the end-to-end UX process—from discovery and user research through wire framing, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and developer handoff. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative designer with expert-level Figma skills who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys partnering with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Researchers, Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
This is a hands‑on design role requiring someone who can translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable, and accessible user experiences.
Responsibilities- Lead the UX design process across multiple enterprise applications and digital products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, developers, and business teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
- Create user flows, task flows, personas, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts and improve user experiences.
- Design intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces that align with usability and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI standards within Figma.
- Partner closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Facilitate design workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder review sessions.
- Analyze user feedback, behavioral analytics, and usability metrics to continuously improve product experiences.
- Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Advocate for user‑centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Expert‑level experience with Figma

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, or Fortune 500 organizations.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products or internal business applications.
- Familiarity with UX research methodologies and analytics tools.
- Experience working with design systems at enterprise scale.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front‑end development principles.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Miro, Fig Jam, Adobe Creative Suite, or Axure.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and Product Managers on roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Exposure to AI‑powered user experiences, conversational interfaces, or AI‑assisted design workflows.
