Webmaster & Digital Accessibility Manager

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Webmaster & Digital Accessibility Manager to lead the management, performance, and accessibility of the institution's web presence. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise websites, administering content management systems, ensuring compliance with digital accessibility standards, and leveraging analytics and SEO to improve user engagement and website effectiveness. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for web governance, accessibility, and website operations while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality, user-focused digital experiences.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in website development, webmaster functions, or website administration, along with strong expertise in digital accessibility standards including WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 compliance. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience managing enterprise CMS platforms such as Cascade CMS, Sitefinity, or Word Press. Additional experience utilizing GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO best practices to analyze website performance and drive continuous improvement is highly desired.

Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience with .NET development, Python and PHP scripting, UX/UI implementation, and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Candidates with previous higher education experience and familiarity supporting multimedia or live streaming initiatives will be viewed favorably.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance three days per week in Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
