The OpportunityOur client has scaled its procure tech platform to more than 20,000 users across 500+ global customers without a dedicated technical authority sitting across complex enterprise implementations. Until now, that gap has been covered piecemeal by Product, Data, Engineering and Solutions. With a new, global, client facing role, they are moving to a more mature, scalable model where one senior specialist owns the technical narrative from pre sales discovery through to post go live.
This is a strategically important hire, created to reduce implementation risk, shorten time to value and protect scarce engineering capacity at a time when enterprise demand and solution complexity are both increasing.
- Own the technical conversation with prospect and client IT teams, shaping how large enterprises integrate, secure and scale the platform.
- Cut implementation cycle time by unblocking API, SSO, SFTP and connectivity decisions without constant engineering support.
- Standardise how the product is implemented globally, aligning deals and delivery to what the platform does best today and on the roadmap.
- Build the reusable playbooks and knowledge base that raise the technical fluency of Sales, Delivery, Solutions and Customer Success.
- Surface recurring technical friction to Product and Engineering so it informs prioritisation and future design.
- A track record in enterprise B2B SaaS where you have led client facing technical conversations, not just supported from the background.
- Comfortable sitting in front of senior IT stakeholders, explaining system architecture, APIs, SSO and data flows with precision.
- Able to say no credibly, redirecting bespoke asks toward scalable, product aligned solutions.
- Moves quickly, makes assumptions explicit, and reduces ambiguity for both clients and internal teams.
- Naturally collaborative, working across US and EMEA time zones without losing ownership or accountability.
