Junior Facilitator – Product Innovation Manager:
Product Strategist / Facilitator – Mastercard Digital Labs

• Facilitator (20%)
  Lead sprint master for all product development engagements with customers and internal stakeholders. Facilitate ideation, rapid prototyping, design sprints, and agile product management activities. Prepare client innovation briefs and set‑up face‑to‑face and virtual sprint events.
• Product Development / Strategist (40%)
  Develop and mature LaaS service offerings, including product development sprints, customer testing, tech‑build, thought leadership events, and pilots. Co‑create design with partners in financial services, airlines, and other verticals. Advise on emerging technologies such as Open Banking, Crypto, VR, AR, and mobile capabilities. Build relationships with external innovation entities, labs, and academic institutions.
• Stakeholder Management / Business Operation (40%)
  Advocate innovation inside Mastercard Labs and represent the organization regionally and globally. Evangelise LaaS products to drive business development and revenue. Lead a diverse team of UX designers, video content creators, developers, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience in product innovation and consulting.
• Strong familiarity with agile and design‑thinking methodologies.
• Experience leading cross‑disciplinary teams through strategic planning, journey mapping, issue resolution, and requirements gathering.
• High energy, ownership drive, analytical and strategic skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Knowledge of innovation frameworks and practical technology application.
• Startup or consulting experience preferred.
• Payments technology knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Experience as a manager consultant, product owner, or scrum‑master is desirable.

• Leadership and influence skills across complex stakeholder relationships.
• Process orientation for consistent, high‑quality results.
• Brand ambassadorship and strong verbal/written communication.
• Willingness to travel.
