Senior Manager, Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud Services

Overview

At Rollins, Inc., we are looking for a Senior Manager – Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud Services to lead the roadmap, operations, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. This role blends deep technical expertise, people leadership, and strong communication to deliver secure, scalable, reliable cloud services that support business growth.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of O365 and Azure engineers and administrators.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Conduct performance management, career development planning, and succession planning.
• Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Foster strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership through clear, confident communication.

• Own the overall health, security (in partnership with Cyber Security teammates), and roadmap for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Entra , and related security/compliance capabilities.
• Ensure best practices for identity, access management, licensing, data protection, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex O365 issues and incidents.

• Work with key teammates to establish architecture, standards and policies for the platform.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Own operational activities for subscriptions, networking, security, cost management, and identity integration.
• Partner with application, security, and architecture teams to deliver resilient and scalable Azure solutions.
• Oversee monitoring, disaster recovery/business continuity, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Establish standards, policies, and patterns for O365 and Azure environments.
• Ensure alignment in conjunction with the Cyber Security team on enterprise security, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Work with teammates to evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and cloud innovations, translating them into business value.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud services.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management best practices.
• Optimize cloud costs while maintaining service quality and scalability.
• Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
