Information Technology Support Technician

Overview

A well-established organization in the healthcare services sector is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join its corporate IT team in Atlanta.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is looking to develop their career in a collaborative, enterprise environment. Candidates with previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) are especially encouraged to apply.

• Provide 1st line IT support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and desktop-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
• Escalate more complex technical issues where required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.

• 1–2 years' experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common desktop technologies.
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for the first 90 days.
• Following the initial onboarding period, the role offers flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
