As a Cybersecurity Manager
, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cyber security management system. An expert in Operational Technology (OT), you will ensure the secure design and deployment of safety‑critical advanced rail signaling systems and collaborate with project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of cybersecurity excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Activities
  • Responsible for the application of the TS 50701 and IEC 62443 standards in the development of the new Signaling Solutions installed onboard and/or wayside.
  • Develop and maintain key security documentation such as Cybersecurity Management Plan, Threat Landscape, Zones and Conduits Definition, Threat/Risk Analysis (TRA), Security Requirements & Compensating Controls, Security Test Plans and Reports, etc.
  • Participate in the system architecture and design process alongside experts in homologation, SW/HW development, system testing and network engineering.
  • Guide security‑by‑design practices across all stages of system development, from the Sales & Bid phase to validation.
  • Provide cybersecurity input to RFPs, proposals, and customer meetings.
  • Define scope, risk exposure, and mitigation plans related to cyber risk in early project phases.
  • Act as a cybersecurity focal point across teams (engineering, testing, compliance, quality).
  • Interface with customers, government agencies, suppliers, and assessors to align security practices, clarify responsibilities, and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the cyber security field; rail industry experience is a plus.
  • Preferred

    Certifications:

    CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert.
