Restaurant IT Support; Mobile Position OTP

Overview

Your restaurant technology career starts with us. The Operations Technology Person (OTP) repairs and maintains the technology equipment in our 21 restaurants.

• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues
• Provide resources, tools, and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed
• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment
• Ensure proper cable management
• Communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs, and costs weekly
• Set up new hire accounts; reset passwords as necessary
• Flexible availability for upgrades or equipment replacement during late evenings or early mornings
• Available to troubleshoot on-site or over the phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Weekend work may be required occasionally
• Previous experience as a Restaurant OTP is required; prior experience not required but preferred

• Must be 18 years or older
• Transportation is required

Starting salary is negotiable based on experience
