Responsibilities
- Impact the organization by ensuring that our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rule stream systems are effectively aligned with business processes
- Analyze intricate IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
- Offer solutions to address business challenges
- Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies
- Drive the organization’s technology strategies and projects, aligning them with business objectives
- Lead to data‑informed decision‑making, enhancing operational efficiency
- 8+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems like Rulestream
- 5+ years of experience delivering digital process improvement, business stakeholder management
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives
- 5+ years of experience managing large complex engineering transformation projects from requirements to execution to adoption
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management
- Excellent problem‑solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value‑driven solutions that have direct impact on business outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies
- Worked with business stakeholders managing requirements and working with corporate team to drive business and technology transformation
Demonstrates extensive experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO systems, driving digital process improvement and managing complex engineering transformation projects. Proven ability to align technology strategies with business objectives while effectively communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
