The AI Enablement Specialist is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for working with client leadership teams to assess AI opportunities, define transformation strategies, and translate business objectives into actionable AI initiatives. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting discovery sessions, gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, recommending and developing AI solutions that improve performance and decision‑making. The specialist will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design implementation plans, support solution delivery, and develop training materials that enable workforce adoption.
The role also involves preparing client‑ready presentations, documenting best practices, measuring impact, and continuously refining approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
- Ability to translate business goals into AI use cases, including experience with AI strategy, roadmap development, and organizational change management.
- Skills in process analysis and workflow design, with the capacity to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, machine learning services, analytics solutions) and how they can be applied in enterprise settings.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including stakeholder engagement, presentation development, and the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Experience creating training content, playbooks, and adoption frameworks to help teams integrate AI into daily work.
- Proven ability to work on‑site with clients, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field; relevant consulting or transformation experience is highly beneficial.
- Background in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or innovation roles is a plus; experience with private equity‑backed companies is advantageous.
