The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,625 - $135,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What You Will do in This Role:- Plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
- Responsible for the management and optimization of applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.
- Coordinates enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
- Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Their work will foster seamless integration between applications and ensure that end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need, ultimately driving productivity and operational excellence.
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business partners, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
- Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.

- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related.
- Minimum 8 Years of functional experience.
- Administer operational procedures to ensure that the service runs smoothly.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
- Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
