Primary (Must-Have):

• Oracle Cloud Master Data Management (MDM) across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Financial domains
• IT Project & Program Management utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• End-to-end Enterprise Application Delivery and Oracle Cloud ERP implementation management
• Data Governance, Data Quality management, and complex System Integrations
• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) leadership, Change Management, and Vendor Management

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Hands-on experience with Data Quality tools and Enterprise Middleware Technologies
• Experience working within highly regulated or security-conscious environments
• Familiarity with global delivery models and cross-functional team leadership

We are seeking an experienced Elite Oracle Cloud Project Manager – Master Data to lead the delivery of critical Oracle Cloud Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Financial data domains. This hybrid role is based out of Atlanta, GA, with occasional travel/fly-in requirements, and runs long-term through March 2028. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of dedicated IT Project Management, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud projects within established IT governance frameworks.

You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business partners to drive successful cloud transformation outcomes.

• IT Project Management:
  Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud MDM initiatives, managing schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and compliance with SDLC processes and enterprise IT controls.
• Oracle Cloud MDM Delivery:
  Coordinate solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment while managing data migration, cleansing, remediation, and integration with ERP systems and downstream applications.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  Serve as the primary IT point of contact, facilitating design reviews, steering committee meetings, and managing relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Risk, Security & Compliance:
  Identify and mitigate project risks related to data security and system performance, coordinating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on access controls and release governance.
• Organizational Change Management:
  Support user adoption, training, and operational readiness plans, ensuring solutions are fully documented, sustainable, and smoothly transitioned to production support teams.
