The Koch Technology Employee Services team is hiring an IT Engineer to join our skilled engineering team. This individual will be part of a global team that focuses on Collaboration Technology along with other related areas for Koch Industries. The role involves providing modern Identity solutions and services for all Koch businesses, designing innovative solutions, creating best practices, and supporting our services enterprise‑wide.

LocationThis role requires an in‑office presence with flexibility in Wichita, KS / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA / Green Bay, WI.
What You Will Do- Be an active member of a global team that supports O365 products.
- Own the administration and support of O365 (SharePoint, Exchange, One Drive, Yammer, Teams, etc.) and Power Platform (Flow, Apps, PowerBI).
- Apply advanced critical thinking, technical skills, and knowledge to collect needed information and resolve issues in a highly complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Drive Problem Management by identifying recurrent problems and their root causes to improve processes and deliver long‑term value.
- Enable 1st/2nd level support through knowledge sharing, documentation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and training.
- Create documentation easily consumed by a global audience, including customers and support organizations.
- Support customer requests, improving ticket SLAs, volumes, and satisfaction, and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Serve as escalation point for critical incidents and outages for the products.
- Participate in a global team providing after‑hours support as required.
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Experience working independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience writing knowledge base articles based on resolution paths.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 issues for end users.
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Service Now or a similar ticketing tool.
