About Invisors
As a professional services firm, our people are our brand:
It’s mission-critical that we hire + nurture talent effectively. We pride ourselves on being flexible and innovative, with a passion for client satisfaction, and a relentless pursuit of improvement. Most of our team joined Invisors from Workday Practices of larger global firms looking for an innovative and nimble culture that encourages new ideas and collaboration, free of red tape. We pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy balance of college graduates, experienced enterprise professionals who have used Workday to perform their administrative responsibilities, and Workday-certified consultants who are authentic, empowered, and resilient.
More important than your Workday experience, our recruiting priority is to get to know you and ensure a culture fit.
As an Invisors Data Conversion Architect, you will lead the DC workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. On projects, you will work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope, as well as manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system.
In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Manager plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.

- A DC manager will not simply advocate for the workstream but instead will look to develop the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall.
- Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects.
- Read the room and tailor approach appropriately and deliver difficult messages effectively.
- Have the ability to convert data for 4 or more work streams and the flexibility to quickly learn a new workstream.
- Handle mapping conversations and manage the transformation work across a project.
- 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience
- Prior consulting experience required
- Advanced excel skills
- SQL skills preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading data conversion work streams on multiple Workday projects
- Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries
- Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools
- Preferred experience building complex solutions using Workday reporting tools
