Work Schedule:

Full-Time; 8-hour shifts with potential 24x7/365 rotational coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide day-to-day Audio Visual (AV) support for conference rooms, meeting spaces, and emergency operations.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Web Ex, and other collaboration technologies.
Respond quickly to technical issues to ensure uninterrupted meeting and presentation support.
Assist with live meetings, executive briefings, training sessions, and emergency response operations.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of AV systems.
Document incidents, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Maintain professionalism while supporting a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and communication.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) equipment and conference room technology.
Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, or similar.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and presentation systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years of experience OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Must be able to work 100% onsite in Atlanta, GA.
Experience supporting emergency operations or public health environments is preferred but not required.
No AV certification is required.
