This position is responsible for scaling acquisition efficiency through continuous optimization of keyword portfolios, on-page content, and paid campaign performance. Working closely with product, engineering, and content marketing, this role bridges technical search engine optimization with high-performing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a highly analytical approach to scaling organic search equity while maximizing the return on ad spend across Google Ads and other key search channels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize end-to-end paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline value
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and implementing solutions for site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and core web vitals
- Perform continuous keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new organic and paid search opportunities
- Collaborate with the content team to define SEO-driven editorial calendars and optimize existing landing pages for search relevance and user intent
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and advanced on-page SEO best practices to maximize organic click-through rates
- Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio and GA4 to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, SEM spend, and campaign ROI
- Design and execute continuous A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and bidding strategies to improve quality scores and conversion volume
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing SEO and SEM programs for a fast-growing B2B or B2C technology company
- Deep technical SEO knowledge, including experience with HTML/CSS, robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, and mobile optimization
- Proficiency with industry-standard search tools, including Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics 4
- Demonstrated track record of managing five-figure monthly Google Ads budgets with measurable pipeline or revenue attribution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex search data into actionable growth initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Bonus:
Google Ads certification, experience with SQL or JavaScript, and familiarity with programmatic SEO strategies
