Senior Paralegal, Global Strategic Partnerships

The Global Strategic Partnerships legal team supports complex commercial relationships across creative agencies, technology providers, entertainment and sports partners, and other vendors. As a Senior Paralegal, you will help manage contractual processes, leverage automation and AI-assisted workflows, and contribute to efficiency, risk mitigation, and responsible growth across a global network.

• Draft, review, and coordinate internal approvals of complex commercial agreements related to global strategic partnerships, including creative, advertising, media, digital technology, marketing procurement, sports, entertainment, influencers, talent, sponsor ships, software, SaaS, enterprise IT, digital platforms, and other vendors and service providers.
• Assist attorneys in negotiation preparation and strategy by analyzing contract requirements, identifying risks, and providing process support for key clauses and governance obligations.
• Support human rights compliance initiatives across operations and value chains in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Contribute to modernizing legal processes by adopting AI-assisted document review, predictive analytics, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Maintain governance through accurate integration of agreements in databases, CLM platforms, and document control systems aligned to internal standards.
• Establish project management routines for communication, document management, project plans, progress tracking, timelines, deadlines, resource allocation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Deliver training and practical guidance to internal stakeholders on recurrent contractual issues and technology-enabled tools to enable self-service where appropriate.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to provide legal operations support and ensure consistent communication across global teams.
• Collaborate on global network team practices for commercial transaction support and contribute to capability development initiatives.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal supporting commercial contracts in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting standards, negotiation processes, and risk evaluation for complex agreements involving diverse jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Technologically adept with experience using Microsoft Office, CLM platforms, legal research tools, and AI-powered systems for document analysis or workflow automation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision, maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and maturity in handling sensitive business and legal matters.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for identifying efficiencies and improving service delivery through modern tools.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across legal networks, corporate functions, and operational units.
• Passion for transforming legal operations and openness to learning about emerging technologies impacting contracting.
