The GTM Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical sales and partner data structures that power SMB go-to-market operations. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and usability of hierarchy data across Snowflake and Salesforce, enabling reliable reporting, efficient sales execution, and data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll own
Data Management & Orchestration
Maintain and manage SMB sales and partner hierarchy tables within Snowflake, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment to business structures
Translate and synchronize hierarchy data into Salesforce, supporting account, partner, and sales reporting frameworks
Monitor and validate data flows between Snowflake and Salesforce, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
Support ongoing data hygiene efforts, including deduplication, normalization, and data quality enforcement
Salesforce Data & Hierarchy Support
Serve as a subject matter resource for Salesforce hierarchy structures (Accounts, Partners, Territories, etc.)
Ensure Salesforce reflects the most up-to-date and accurate hierarchy data to support routing, segmentation, and reporting
Partner with Sales Operations, Partner Operations, and GTM Technology teams to implement hierarchy updates and enhancements
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to support SMB sales and partner leadership
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that provide actionable insights
Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to improve sales and partner performance
Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests across SMB stakeholders
Data Governance & Quality
Establish and monitor processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems
Perform QA checks, anomaly detection, and ongoing validation of hierarchy and reporting data
Document processes, data definitions, and hierarchy logic for transparency and scalability
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, BI, and Data Engineering teams
Support enhancements to data models, reporting frameworks, and automation processes
Contribute to broader data orchestration initiatives and tooling improvements as needed
What you’ll bring
- 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or similar role
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (data model, reporting, dashboards)
- Working knowledge of Snowflake (data querying, table structures, data validation)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience building reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience with sales or partner hierarchy management
- Familiarity with data orchestration, ETL/ELT processes, or data pipelines
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of SMB sales or partner go-to-market models
