Stord is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Labor Operations to own the analytics layer of our Labor Management System. You will translate operational needs into data products, write SQL, design dashboards, and define metric definitions in close collaboration with the LMS product and Engineering teams.
You will work with area managers and building GMs to ensure data-driven decisions, delivering real-time insights, OPH/UPH metrics, and decomposition analyses across a multi-site network.
