Serve as liaison between field teams, technology vendors, and corporate IT to resolve incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.;
Lead technology mobilizations for new account openings and decommissioning for departing accounts.;
Manage projects assigned by the Field Service Director and support timely deployments.;
Coordinate with regional leadership and IT teams to maintain deployment standards and training of local technical leads.;
Support after-hours and on-call deployments as needed.
