This Role Will Be Responsible For
- Serving as the subject matter expert for pricing solutions, analytical frameworks, automation capabilities, and AI-supported workflows across Revenue Management.
- Leading the most complex, high-impact, and strategically significant initiatives within the Pricing Solutions organization.
- Defining future-state capabilities, technology roadmaps, and analytical strategies that improve revenue performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Establishing standards, governance, best practices, and development frameworks for reporting, automation, and data quality.
- Providing strategic consultation and recommendations to Revenue Management leadership regarding pricing performance, process optimization, and technology investments.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives involving Revenue Management, Data & Analytics, and other enterprise stakeholders.
- Serving as the escalation point for complex analytical, technical, and operational issues.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to create measurable business value through innovation and automation.
- Coaching, developing, and influencing analysts and senior analysts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Driving enterprise adoption of advanced analytics, decision-support tools, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, analytics, business intelligence, technology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise leading highly complex analytical and technical initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Recognized subject matter expertise in pricing, revenue management, analytics, automation, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience developing frameworks, standards, governance models, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage numerous responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years of airline revenue management, pricing, network planning, or commercial analytics experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, automation, or AI initiatives.
- Expertise in large-scale data ecosystems, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling.
- Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
- Deep knowledge of airline data sources, pricing systems, and revenue management technologies.
- Advanced experience using Tableau, Power BI, and modern data visualization platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, SAS, or comparable analytical technologies
