Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: serve as primary contact, conduct kickoff meetings, gather business processes and requirements, and provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing and configuring SaaS products.
- Project Management: carry out basic project‑management activities, ensure work stays within scope, plan and execute reliable communications, evaluate risk points, and advise customers on change management.
- Product Configuration: customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements, using out‑of‑the‑box functionality whenever possible.
- Depending on the product you may also: work extensively in Excel to prepare data and perform initial data loads, write simple scripts, and author ad hoc reports on behalf of the customer.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
work closely with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to adoption, influence product design, and deliver a coherent high‑quality client experience. - Training and Documentation: develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions, create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Issue Resolution: identify and address implementation challenges, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates to clients.
- Continuous Improvement: actively contribute to the enhancement of implementation processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of client‑facing implementation experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and lead workshops.
- Technical aptitude, ability to learn new software quickly and identify implementation challenges.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; high comfort with Excel.
- Experience designing and documenting database‑derived reports with SSRS or PowerBI is a significant plus.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, especially Gov Tech, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Autotask, Asana, or similar project‑tracking tools is a plus.
This position will be hybrid with 3 days per week in our Atlanta, GA office.
