We are seeking a Strategic Reporting Analyst to drive executive decision‑making through advanced analytics, insights, and data storytelling. This role goes beyond standard reporting and focuses on partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy, and influence business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Salesforce data, building scalable Power BI dashboards, writing complex SQL queries, and delivering clear, compelling insights to executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic analytics partner to executive leadership, providing insights that inform business strategy and investment decisions.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Design and own executive-level dashboards and KPIs using Power BI/Salesforce, with a focus on long-term scalability and clarity.
- Develop high-impact presentation decks and narratives that clearly communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy.
- Improve reporting processes through automation and thoughtful data modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles with demonstrated strategic impact.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including complex reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
- Proven experience building executive‑level presentations and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Legal experience helpful but not required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and working style – self‑starting, highly accountable, ability to anticipate problems and define and implement effective solutions.

$95,000 – $110,000 USD
