Pricing Solutions enables optimal revenue generation by delivering greater speed, accuracy, complexity, and scale of pricing actions. Solutions design and build revenue-generating automation, reporting, and workflows. As we continue to evolve our ability to implement more detailed strategies at greater speed and scale, we seek to thoughtfully simplify unnecessary complexity, provide visibility to actions, and a clear path to act.

This role will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of pricing tools, automation, reports, and workflows used by Revenue Management.

  • Performing data analysis to provide visibility into pricing actions and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of AI-supported workflows and reporting solutions.

  • Supporting pricing analysts across the four RM Pricing entities through data gathering, reporting, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Conducting validation and quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems, reports, and analytical outputs.

  • Documenting business requirements, technical specifications, and operational processes.

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and escalating recommendations to senior team members.

  • Developing foundational knowledge of airline pricing, revenue management, and analytical methodologies.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
  • 0–2 years of relevant analytical, reporting, technology, revenue management, or business experience.

  • Demonstrates interest in analytical problem solving and data-driven decision making.

  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic proficiency with data analysis tools, reporting platforms, or programming concepts.

  • Demonstrates the ability to manage assigned responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

  • Demonstrates respect for diverse people, thinking, and styles

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.

  • Internship, academic project, or professional experience involving analytics, reporting, or process automation.

  • Exposure to SQL, Python, SAS, R, or similar analytical tools.

  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.

  • Familiarity with airline economics, pricing, revenue management, or transportation industries.

  • Knowledge of AI-enabled analytical tools or workflow automation technologies.
