Good Karma is seeking a full-time Attribution & Insights Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is an in-office position.

The Attribution & Insights Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Good Karma's third-party measurement initiatives. This position works closely with internal teams and external measurement partners to implement third-party measurement solutions, validate campaign tracking, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable insights that help maximize partner return on investment.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising, data, and measurement. This individual enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and ensuring campaigns are measured accurately from implementation through reporting.

Career responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support third-party measurement campaigns and products, including website pixel creation, implementation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Validate and monitor campaign implementations across multiple advertising platforms and vendor technologies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies among advertising platforms, analytics platforms, and attribution vendors.
  • Prepare third-party measurement reports and performance dashboards for internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify trends, benchmarks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Support the development of partner success stories and case studies using third-party measurement data.
  • Maintain workflows related to third-party measurement setup, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for third-party measurement processes, best practices, and troubleshooting to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about emerging third-party measurement methodologies, privacy changes, identity solutions, and measurement technologies, and share relevant learnings with the team.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Account Management, Product, and other internal teams to support successful campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with external third-party measurement partners and support teams to address technical implementation issues, manage follow-up actions, and support successful campaign execution across multiple vendor platforms.
  • Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of new attribution vendors, products, and measurement capabilities as Good Karma expands its third-party measurement offerings.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve data analysis, reporting, documentation, troubleshooting, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness while maintaining accuracy, appropriate human oversight, and company standards.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on digital operations and attribution measurement.
  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including impressions, analytics, clicks, conversions, attribution models, and return on investment.
  • Familiarity with third-party measurement technology, demand-side platforms, ad servers, Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, and similar advertising platforms.
  • Experience with pixels, software development kits, server-to-server integrations, application programming interfaces, conversion tracking, and website analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
