The Chief Technology Officer at Winixx sets the technical vision for the entire organization — defining the architecture, culture, and engineering standards that will support our growth from startup to market leader. You will lead a growing engineering organization, make critical technology decisions, and serve as a key member of the executive team shaping the future of Winixx.

• Define and drive the technical vision and long-term architecture strategy for the Winixx platform portfolio
• Lead and grow the engineering organization including hiring, structuring, and developing engineering leadership
• Partner with the CEO and product leadership to align technology investment with business strategy
• Own the engineering roadmap, technology stack decisions, and build-vs-buy framework
• Establish engineering culture, standards, and processes that attract and retain top technical talent
• Oversee platform reliability, security, and compliance across all Winixx products
• Represent technology in board meetings, investor discussions, and strategic partnership conversations
• Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies relevant to freight, fleet, and fintech

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and platforms in high-growth environments
• Deep technical expertise across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and product engineering
• Experience leading technology teams in marketplace, logistics, fintech, or SaaS companies
• Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex technical strategy for board and investor audiences
• Strong hiring instincts and a track record of building world-class engineering teams
• Experience with payment infrastructure, real-time systems, and IoT platforms is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus
