Join our Atlanta, GA team as a Sales Enablement Analyst, where you’ll help the domestic sales organization adopt the tools, training, and processes that drive stronger commercial execution. Guided by Principle-Based Management™ (PBM), you will serve as the front-line coordinator for CRM support—helping users report issues, routing requests to the right technical partners, tracking progress, and communicating updates—while reinforcing standard processes and removing friction for users.

This hybrid, individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial Capability and AI Enablement, supports enterprise-level sales enablement across the business, and requires a willingness to travel up to 25% for field support, training, and working sessions.

Our Team

Georgia-Pacific is a dynamic, mission-driven team that tackles tough industry challenges by blending bold innovation with practical execution to create measurable impact. Here, you'll find a collaborative, high-performance culture where your ideas are valued, ownership is encouraged, and career growth is accelerated through mentorship and real responsibility.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate CRM support by helping users report issues, routing requests to technical partners, tracking progress, and surfacing recurring themes that may require training, documentation, or process reinforcement.
  • Support sales tool onboarding for new hires, including access requests, CRM setup handoffs, training enrollment, resource sharing, and follow-up support.
  • Maintain the sales enablement training calendar and coordinate virtual sessions for CRM, Demandbase, Linked In Sales Navigator, AI tools, and related enablement topics.
  • Prepare recurring adoption and usage reporting, translating data and field feedback into clear observations that help leaders identify gaps and reinforcement needs.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Technology, and business leaders to communicate updates, reinforce key behaviors, and support consistent field execution.
  • Identify adoption barriers and elevate recurring issues, trends, or gaps to the appropriate owners.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, CRM support, training coordination, or a related commercial support role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and supporting business users in a sales environment.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding, training logistics, content maintenance, or related enablement execution activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring responsibilities and priorities.
  • Experience using reporting or dashboard tools to track usage, adoption, or activity trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate system updates, support issues, and usage trends into clear, practical communication for business users.
  • Proven ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting sales technology platforms and business users, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Dev Ops, Copilot, Demandbase, and Linked In Sales Navigator. Proven ability to manage user requests, coordinate issue resolution, analyze adoption metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive sustained user adoption through training, communication, and change management.
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Demandbase, Linked In Sales Navigator, or similar sales tools.
  • Experience coordinating user access, issue triage, or production support in a commercial technology environment.
  • Familiarity with virtual training delivery, enablement calendars, and maintenance of user documentation or learning resources.
  • Experience preparing recurring usage or adoption reporting for business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot or other sales workflow tools.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, packaging, or another operationally complex B2B sales environment.
