Technical Product Manager II
Southern Company Services is seeking a Technical Product Manager II with 3–5 years of experience to support the Cool Compliance platform. This role bridges business and technology by translating compliance, audit, SOX, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile product ownership, enterprise application support, compliance systems, and technical troubleshooting.
Location:
241 Ralph McGill Blvd, Atlanta GA, 30308 Duration: 4 Months.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, compliance risk, and technical priorities.
- Translate business, audit, SOX, and IAM requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Partner with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Support production issues, troubleshoot workflows, integrations, access problems, and application defects.
- Validate system enhancements, testing, release readiness, and production deployments.
- Analyze data flows, reporting, integrations, and application performance.
- Develop technical documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, compliance, IAM, SOX, and production support.
- Experience with Oracle databases,.NET applications, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
