Agile Project Manager
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for an Agile Project Manager for their Middletown, NJ/Atlanta, GA/Dallas, TX location.
Responsibilities:- Lead Agile project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and SLAs through dashboards and status reporting.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and maintain RAID logs with proactive escalation and mitigation.
- Ensure governance, SDLC compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with significant experience leading Agile programs.
- Proven success delivering enterprise technology initiatives using Agile frameworks.
- Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience in Agile Project Management using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
- Expertise in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, RAID logs, and project governance.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
- Experience managing large-scale technology or telecom projects.
