TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Product Specialist in Atlanta, GA.

• Be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform (MAP).
• Fully leverage the MAP's capabilities, including building and supporting standard programs such as email communications, lead capture, nurturing, and integration with customer relationship management (CRM).
• Build, test, and execute marketing automation campaigns. Conceptualize, set up, deliver, and report on inbound and outbound marketing tactics and email marketing programs.
• Proactively collaborate with internal teams on marketing automation initiatives, taking responsibility for performance, quality, support, and reporting as needed.
• Create emails, landing pages, forms, and reports within the MAP, including templates. Manage approvals and facilitate edits and changes to email, landing pages, production schedules, and more to ensure successful launch of all campaigns.
• Create nurturing and drip campaigns to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor email deliverability metrics including IP address health, bounce rate, and spam reports. Document MAP processes, programs, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and programs/campaign return on investment (ROI).
• Standardize, cleanse, and upload contact lists into the MAP. Identify opportunities for testing and recommendations for program improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Three years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing/marketing automation required, including any experience with:
  Marketo, Hub Spot, Eloqua, Pardot, or a similar marketing automation platform;
• Detailed components of elevator, escalator, and moving walk manufacturing; industry best practices for marketing automation, list management, program planning, and implementation; data evaluation, including extracting and interpreting data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
• Working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements; HTML; and with navigating custom Application Programming Interface (API) calls within marketing automation platforms connected to proprietary data storage solutions.
