• Proficient in CRM functionality,
  Marketo, Elequa, Sendgrid, Hub Spot, Silverpop Engage and Google Analytics
• Experienced in B2B and B2C Marketing automation processes
• Able to implement best practice for system configuration, development, testing, security and data integrity
• Design and implement marketing integration and deploy micro/macro campaign processes
• Analyze data and systems issues and present actionable recommendations
• Troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identifying root causes and recommended corrective actions
  
  Develop, implement and deploy custom workflow processes, support system integrations
• Performing data analysis to determine the effectiveness of outbound/inbound marketing campaigns.
• Develop process documentation and training for end users using marketing automation/CRM platforms.
• Implement lead scoring programs to improve marketing’s ability to route qualified leads to sales.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate email testing to optimize messaging to targeted segments.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
