Manager, Customer – Digital Analytics

• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models, lifetime value (LTV) frameworks, and cohort analyses
• Serve as the strategic Data & Analytics lead for Edible Brands
• Identify business opportunities through data and analytics
• Own marketing attribution analysis
• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting
• Conduct ad-hoc and proactive analyses
• Own tracking and tagging for marketing analytics across Adobe Analytics and GA4
• Collaborate with Finance and eCommerce teams

• 5+ years of experience in customer analytics, digital analytics, or marketing analytics
• Proven ability to build customer segmentation models, LTV frameworks, and cohort analyses
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Experience with multi-touch attribution models and channel-level performance measurement
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platform (CDP) data outputs as an analytics source
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
• Technical Skills SQL required;
  Python or R for analysis preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in customer analytics, including the development of customer segmentation models and lifetime value frameworks. Proficient in utilizing Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to derive actionable insights and support marketing strategies.
