Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
• Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform initiatives.
• Manage data migrations, system integrations, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management activities.
• Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Experience with:
  Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Azure integrations and CRM data migration strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams.
