Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Onsite Atlanta- 5 days/week

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects. Automotive Cloud experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define project roadmap and implementation strategy.
- Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Track project health, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and escalation management.
- Ensure delivery excellence through quality governance, testing oversight, release management, and production readiness reviews.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA engineers, Dev Ops engineers, and third-party vendors.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and Dev Ops processes.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops tools such as Copado, Git, etc.
- Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
