Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
8 years of experience in partnerships, market development, public policy, or government affairs, with a focus on infrastructure, water, sustainability, or technology sectors.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects between external partners and internal teams.
Experience defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and building reporting dashboards to translate program metrics into actionable executive insights.
Experience leading complex, multi-year infrastructure programs, particularly within data center development, energy, or large-scale technical environments.
Experience designing partnership governance frameworks and standardized processes for external partner onboarding.
Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience developing strategy decks and preparing leadership briefs.
