The Solution Architect position is a technical role responsible for providing guidance and consulting for client-facing solutions leveraging Axon 911's call handling systems in a variety of operational schemes in both government and private sector use cases. As a Solution Architect at Axon 911, you will be responsible for assisting the sales cycle as well as the operations department by designing end-to-end solutions including Axon 911's products as well as integrations with 3rd party solutions.

You will participate in both pre-sales services and delivery activities on strategic engagements for clients and with partners to provide optimal and comprehensive solutions; write technical specs, systems, and flow diagrams; and collaborate and perform research for different technologies and solutions together with our R&D and CTO departments.

• Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with our client's business problems (leveraging Axon 911's cloud solution with customers' existing architecture and according to local regulations)
• Assist Axon 911's regional partners with scoping complex deployment solutions, which typically involve multiple products, networks, and complex integrations with client applications/systems
• Work with our sales team on new opportunities to understand customer objectives and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap exercises, including technical specs, build of materials, and detailed architecture diagrams and flows
• Prepare model RFPs and responses to customer RFPs
• Perform research on different technologies or other vendor solutions in the context of client requirements for integration
• Provide thought leadership and ensure that customer engagements are aligned with Axon 911's implementation best practices
