We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Lead (Okta & Microsoft Entra ) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in Okta, Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory), and enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and operating modern identity platforms that support cloud-first, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting enterprise identity solutions, leading identity modernization initiatives, driving Zero Trust security strategies, and integrating applications across complex environments.
This role requires both strategic architecture expertise and hands-on engineering capabilities.

- 8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Okta administration and engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Entra / Azure AD engineering and architecture experience.
- 8+ years' experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions for organizations with 10,000+ users.
- 8+ years' experience in hybrid Active Directory and cloud identity environments.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with Service Now.
- Experience with Cyber Ark, Delinea, Beyond Trust, or other PAM solutions.
- Experience supporting government, healthcare, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
- Understanding of NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $84,734– $155,063. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
