Job Description Summary

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading warehouse solution design and supporting strategy execution across global supply chain operations. You will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational priorities, and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical deliverables. This role ensures that warehouse solutions comply with established business processes, governance expectations, and SAP standards while also bringing innovation, scalability, and flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements.

What You’ll Do for Us

Design, build, and improve warehouse technology solutions that create measurable business value by increasing productivity, improving operational performance, and enabling scalable execution across warehouse operations. Partner closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, SAP teams, automation vendors, Microsoft technology partners, and third‑party providers to understand business needs, manage expectations, and translate requirements into clear technical designs and actionable delivery items. Define practical warehouse solution designs using SAP capabilities such as EWM, WCS, SAP-PE, SAP-TM, and related integrations, complemented by Microsoft platforms, integration services, automation technologies, and fit‑for‑purpose third‑party applications.

Make sound technical design decisions by balancing process standardization, SAP best practices, enterprise architecture, operational flexibility, user experience, cost, implementation complexity, and long‑term supportability. Lead problem solving across warehouse processes and system integrations by identifying root causes, coordinating technical and functional teams, evaluating solution options, and driving timely resolution of issues that impact warehouse execution. Plan and support solution validation, testing, cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care activities to ensure warehouse solutions are delivered with quality, adopted by users, and stable in production environments.

Drive effective change management by preparing stakeholders and end users for new warehouse processes, system capabilities, automation changes, and ways of working while ensuring documentation, training, and communication are clear and practical. Anticipate delivery, integration, operational, and adoption risks by identifying dependencies early, escalating issues when needed, and implementing mitigation actions that minimize disruption and protect business continuity.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in IT strategic planning, organization, development and execution. Experience in business process re‑engineering and standardizing business processes across entities. Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources by appropriately balancing internal capabilities with external consultants is essential. Beyond technical knowledge, outstanding communications skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative, team‑based leadership style.
