Key Responsibilities
:
Collaborate and advise cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance (QA) analysts, and product managers, to execute the testing strategy.
Design, develop, and maintain test cases, tools, and scripts to validate business rules and business functionality.
Execute manual test scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, and usability testing.
Identify and create reusable test data required for ongoing testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Monitor and report test metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Participate in software release activities, including test planning, execution, and post-release validation.

Required Skills
:
BS (Computer Science) or Equivalent
3+ years of experience as a software applications tester.
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts in Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
Experience with system, integration, and regression testing.
Understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.44/hour - $49.12/hour.
