Lead Automation Specialist (Enterprise AI & Automation)
CL is seeking a Lead Automation Specialist to join the Enterprise AI & Automation team. This is a high-impact, senior-level role acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT to design and deliver scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end automation initiatives —from discovery and requirements gathering to solution design, development, and deployment—while driving enterprise-wide process optimization and AI-led innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT for automation initiatives
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for automation use cases
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using platforms like UiPath or similar RPA tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation and intelligent workflows
- Drive enterprise-scale automation programs aligned with AI and digital transformation goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI, Engineering, Operations)
- Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in automation deployments
- Mentor junior team members and help scale automation capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or process engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath or similar (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience leading end-to-end automation implementations
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and system integrations
- Experience in enterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation or intelligent document processing (IDP)
- Experience integrating automation with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems
- Certifications in RPA tools (UiPath Certified Professional or equivalent)
- Experience in post-merger system integration or enterprise transformation initiatives
