Computer Support Specialist
Our company is currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This is a contract position with the possibility of visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for technical support
- Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role preferred
- Knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
LocationThis position is located in Atlanta, but we welcome applications from Indian or Canadian candidates who are willing to relocate.
Language RequirementsFluency in English is not required for this position, but strong communication skills are essential.
ExperienceNo prior experience is required for this role. We are looking for candidates with a passion for technology and willingness to learn on the job.
