Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center Condition Based Maintenance
Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in technical program management, reliability engineering, or data center operations. Experience designing ROI frameworks and leading cross-functional working groups. Experience in mission-critical facility infrastructure and associated failure modes. Experience with CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and predictive maintenance technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure in hyperscale data centers. Experience leveraging CMMS platforms to govern alerting and remediation. Proven track record of executing predictive maintenance strategies eptional executive communication skills to secure executive leadership buy-in. Analytical skills to translate telemetry and anomaly detection outputs.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities:
Define the global strategy and operational lifecycle for the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program portfolio. Govern frameworks for benefit, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and return on investment (ROI) analyses for new CBM technologies. Drive executive alignment on operational risks and readiness to fund CBM initiatives. Direct a global portfolio of CBM pilots, forging partnerships with AI and systems engineering teams.
Design integration architecture connecting monitoring alerts to enterprise asset management workflows like Maximo.
