Developing and delivering training content for MachONE Foundation iQuote team MachONE Foundation-iQuote system model Deliver academy style training for the Consumer Organization Support business partners through cutover and go-live activities, hypercare and transition to normal support Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation Author and edit documents to maintain continuity of style and content Stay connected to the software development life cycle to ensure training materials and documentation are continually updated as new features are added Assist in evaluation and testing of provided software patches and enhancements Monitor usage of various training materials Work with applications standards team and business process team to create and maintain day in the life checklists Collect and store the signed off checklists from the implementation teams Facilitate translation of training materials to required languages Liaise with Corporate Training Department to ensure documentation meets West Rock standards
