Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Support and execute the comprehensive digital innovation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Innovation Management:
  Help to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Project Oversight:
  Support and manage digital transformation projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Discovery, and Clinical Development, to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for digital initiatives and secure necessary resources.
• Performance Metrics:
  Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.
• Budget Management:
  Oversee the digital innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
• Talent Development:
  Mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
