Senior Agile Transformation Consultant
Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Must have extensive experience with Agile Transformation
Other core skills:
- Assessing the current Agile maturity across multiple teams.
- Designing standardized JIRA projects, boards, workflows, and governance.
- Defining Agile taxonomy (Epics, Features, Stories, Tasks, Defects, etc.).
- Creating governance around Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), approvals, automation, and workflows.
- Developing enterprise planning hierarchies and dependency management.
- Building executive dashboards and delivery reporting.
- Documenting Agile operating procedures.
- Coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering Managers, and leadership.
- Leading Agile adoption and organizational changes
